A visual analytics dashboard with charts, date filters, and insights into your form performance.
Accessing Statistics
Navigate to Forms → Statistics Pro in the admin sidebar. The dashboard displays an overview of all your forms, or select a specific form from the dropdown to view its individual stats.
Dashboard Overview
The statistics dashboard provides key metrics at a glance:
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Total Submissions | Total number of entries received across all forms (or selected form) |
| Average per Day | Average number of submissions per day for the selected period |
| Active Forms | Total number of forms with at least one submission |
Charts
Submissions per Day
A line chart showing submission volume over your selected date range. Hover over data points to see exact counts for each day.
- View trends in form activity
- Spot spikes (e.g., after a marketing campaign)
- Identify quiet periods
Top Forms
A bar chart showing the top 10 forms by submission count. Quickly see which forms are most popular.
Date Filters
Filter the dashboard data by date range using the controls at the top:

| Last 7 Days | The past week |
| Last 30 Days | The past month |
| Last 90 Days | The past quarter |
| 1 Year | The past year |
| All Time | All submissions since the beginning |
Form Filter
Use the Form dropdown to filter statistics for a specific form. Select "All Forms" to see aggregated data.
Exporting Statistics
While the dashboard provides visual insights, you can export the raw data for deeper analysis:
- Use CSV Export to download submission data
- Filter by date range before exporting to get the exact dataset you need
- Open in Excel or Google Sheets for pivot tables and custom charts
Tips
- Check statistics regularly to monitor form health and activity trends
- Use date filters to compare performance across different time periods
- The "Average per Day" metric helps you understand form engagement patterns
- A sudden drop in submissions might indicate a technical issue — investigate promptly
- Compare different forms to identify which ones are performing best
