Download your form submissions as CSV files or export booking data to calendar apps.
CSV Export
Export your submissions to a CSV file for use in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet application.
Navigate to Submissions
Go to Forms → Submissions in the admin sidebar.
Filter (Optional)
Use the form filter and date range to narrow down the entries you want to export. You can also select specific submissions using the checkboxes.
Click Export CSV
Click the Export CSV button in the toolbar. The download starts immediately.
What's Included in the CSV
- One row per submission
- Columns for each field in the form
- Submission ID, date, and status columns
- Metadata columns (IP, page URL, user ID)
Exporting Selected Entries
To export only specific submissions:
- Check the boxes next to the entries you want
- Select Export from the bulk actions dropdown
- Click Apply
ICS Calendar Export Pro
With Giraforms Pro, export booking and calendar field submissions as ICS files that can be imported into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, and more.
Ensure Date/Booking Fields Exist
The ICS export requires your form to contain a Date, Booking, or Calendar field so entries have date information.
Click Export ICS
On the submissions page, the Export ICS Pro button appears next to the CSV export button when date fields are detected.
Configure Event Details
A dialog lets you map form fields to calendar event properties:
- Event Title — map to a field (e.g., name or subject)
- Start Date/Time — map to the date/booking field
- Duration — set a default duration or map to a field
- Description — optionally include other field values
Download & Import
Download the .ics file and open it with your calendar application to import all events at once.
